VOICE CHALLENGE:
Stand in front of your bathroom mirror.
Set the timer for one minute.
Deliver “The One-Minute Speech Of Your Life.”
Don’t think too hard. Trust yourself. Keep talking for the entire one minute. If you feel brave you can go for 2 minutes or 5 minutes.
The only rule is don’t think or plan, just talk.
Make sure nobody’s home so you can GO BIG.
Use your voice, your gestures, your body, your passion to take up all the space you’ve ever dreamed of taking.
Yes, right there in your bathroom.
What do you want to say?
What’s important?
What’s at the heart of your message?
What’s the speech that ONLY YOU can give?
Give it. Now. Close the computer, then close the bathroom door.
Go give the 1-minute speech of your life. Then report back.
I can’t wait to hear how it goes! Share your findings in the comments below.
